because jewelry can develop blemishes or signs of wear due to handling or
environmental factors, we are unable to accept returns once an item has been worn or used. This policy ensures that all our customers receive brand-new, unused pieces.
3. Replacement Policy:
We stand behind the craftsmanship of our jewelry. If you believe your piece has an manufacturing fault, we are happy to offer a replacement under the following conditions:
Report Timeline: Any manufacturing defects must be reported within 14 days of receiving your jewelry.
Product Condition: The item should be returned to us in its original packaging,
along with the proof of purchase. Assessment Process: Upon receiving the item, our team will carefully assess it to
determine whether the issue is due to a manufacturing fault. Please note that slight
imperfections, natural inclusions in gemstones, or variations in color are common in many of the materials we use and are not considered defects. If the assessment confirms a manufacturing fault, we will gladly replace the item with the same or a similar piece. In the rare event that the exact item is no longer available, we will work with you to find an appropriate alternative.
