4. Report Timeline: Any manufacturing concern should be reported within 14 days of receiving your jewellery.

5. Product Condition: Items should be returned in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

6. Assessment Process: Once received, each item is carefully assessed to determine whether the concern relates to a manufacturing fault. Natural characteristics such as inclusions, slight variations in colour, or minor surface details are part of the uniqueness of many materials and are not considered defects.

If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will gladly arrange a replacement of the same piece, or a suitable alternative where necessary.
